Famous Curú Wildlife Refuge, with a unique beutifull has a graet varity of wild life, and offers an ideal place to see and enjoy naturelfull of security and peace. Into this area live more than 232 bird species , 78 mammalian, 87 reptils, 25 anphibius and 500 of plants. It is consider as one of the best places in Costa Rica to observe the wild life. |

| Beyond the limits of this zone, yoe can find naerly birds, deers, reptiles as garrobos, iguanas and many kind of anphibius. In the Curú fields, grows an equilized development beside nature of livestock and farming programs, in total harmony with the wild life. | |

Here you can fin three of four main primate of Costa Rica; there is mature proijects of introducction of new species as Red Lapa (Papagallo) y Mono Araña (Spider Monkey). Some places to enjoy are Curú Beach (gray sand) or the beauty Quesera Beach(white sand), and ride in a docile horse back, or just walk though one of the 17 paths of the Refuge. |

The Refuge has been established with tha main objetive of preserve the bio-diversityof the zone. There are projects of rehabilitation and reintegration to environment of wild animals, from confiscation and local handings (pizotes, mapaches and pericos). Here is possible to make guided walks with Bird Observation in his natural habitat. |
